From a very young age, I struggled with my self-image. Since my adolescence, I believed I was overweight. What I didn’t realize was that my real issue was not being overweight, but rather a poor perception of my physical image, which led to great insecurity. This insecurity drove me to try different diets and weight-loss methods that not only harmed my health but also negatively affected my relationship with food and with myself.

After turning 40, my weight problems became real. I reached an obesity range, which brought along health issues such as digestive problems, inflammation, low energy, and chronic stress. Having tried to control my weight solely through diets and nutrition, I decided to take a more holistic and conscious approach, going beyond restrictive diets.

Through an integrated approach—working on both my mind and body—I was able to take control of my health and nutrition and began to change my relationship with food. This process inspired me to help others facing similar challenges. This is what led me to study a new career and become a certified Holistic Health Coach, to help my clients work on themselves and become active advocates for their health.

My intention in creating Healthy Path for Life is to bring together the elements that I lacked on my own health journey—understanding my real issues, achieving positive weight management, developing a realistic perspective on my self-image, and, most importantly, building a healthy relationship with food. Today, I recognize that these elements have restored my self-confidence and empowered me to become a committed Health Coach, dedicated to myself and my clients.

Beyond weight management, I am also committed to helping my clients become aware of other areas of their lives that may be affecting their health and guiding them toward improvement.

At Healthy Path for Life, there are no results without action and commitment. By following each integrative nutrition program, you will gather the right tools to create your own Wellness Path, aligned with your personality, lifestyle, and values.

My approach at Healthy Path for Life and through my integrative nutrition programs is to support my clients in achieving balance in their physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Through physical nutrition with a focus on Mindful Eating—that is, conscious, sustainable, and safe long-term nutrition—I help my clients develop a positive approach to food. I also emphasize conscious physical movement aimed at positively impacting physical health and emotional, mental, and hormonal well-being, as well as maintaining an optimal weight that supports disease prevention.

Additionally, I address key essential life areas for maintaining balance and harmony, such as sleep, positive relationships, self-love and personal space, financial wellness, and stress management.
